MEET RACHAEL
Hello beautiful, I’m Rachael,
The founder of Lemuria.

For the past seven years, I’ve poured my heart into this work. I spent six months in Peru, where I was initiated and learned ancient ceremonies. Here I discovered my gifts. I trained in Guatemala with the elders who carry cacao medicine in its traditional form and was blessed to share this medicine forward.
In between, I’ve been devoted to my own healing, my teachers, my husband and children and to the path.
Here’s the part that doesn’t fit on a certificate. I’ve lived a really big life.
From a young age right through to becoming a mother, I moved through experiences that broke me open. The kind of chapters that change you.
I’ve done an enormous amount of inner work to come out the other side and I’m still healing and learning, layer by layer. I feel we always are.
The way I’ve kept finding my way home through the unimaginable and the breakthroughs I’ve encountered along the way that’s my real superpower. The certificates and training definitely matter, but my biggest qualification is the life I’ve actually lived. It’s what allows me to sit with someone in their hardest and darkest places and know, with my whole body, there’s a way through for them too.
What I share now is everything I’ve gathered along the way ceremony,
breathwork, sound, energy work and guiding you back to your connection to the land.
